By accessing or using Oris ("the Service"), operated by Thompson Dental Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Oris is a subscription-based software platform that generates monthly social media content, blog articles, and marketing materials for dental practices. Content is generated using artificial intelligence and is intended as a starting point for your marketing efforts.
Oris offers a free first month trial. After 30 days, your subscription automatically renews at the rate agreed upon at signup ($199/mo for founding members, $249/mo standard). You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period.
Content generated by Oris is produced by artificial intelligence and should be reviewed by you before publishing. You are solely responsible for any content you post publicly. We make no guarantees that generated content is free from errors, compliant with all dental board regulations in your state, or appropriate for your specific practice.
You retain full ownership of all content generated for your practice through Oris.
You agree to provide accurate practice information at registration. Inaccurate information may result in irrelevant or incorrect content being generated. We are not responsible for content generated based on information you provide.

Oris is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your specific requirements or comply with all applicable regulations.
Thompson Dental Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Oris or any content generated through the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Oris may use basic campaign analytics, such as link clicks and campaign performance signals, to improve content quality and help evaluate what types of posts perform best. This data is used internally to improve the Service and is not shared with third parties or used to identify individual patients.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
Oris is an independent product of Thompson Dental Technologies LLC and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Indiana University, Indiana University School of Dentistry, or the University of Notre Dame.
